To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
