Order Processing

All orders are processed from our warehouse located in United States.

Orders will be processed within 1‑3 business days after payment confirmation, weekends and public holidays excluded.

During holiday sales peaks, processing time may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Shipping Destination

We ship to worldwide destinations. Our delivery covers most countries and regions globally. Estimated transit time is for reference only and cannot be fully guaranteed.
  • Standard shipping: 7‑15 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 3‑7 business days
Delivery delays can be caused by logistics backlog, weather events, local customs clearance or carrier issues. We are not responsible for delays caused by third‑party carriers.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping for eligible orders. Free‑shipping availability is subject to store promotion rules. Other paid shipping options are also available at checkout for customers who want faster delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international shipments: Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are the buyer’s full responsibility. These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost. Please check your local customs rules before placing your order.

Lost / Missing / Damaged Parcels

  • If tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 14 days for carrier investigation.
  • If items arrive damaged, please send clear photos of product and package within 7 calendar days upon receipt. We will evaluate for replacement, partial or full refund.

Return Shipping

All returns must obtain prior return authorization following our Return & Refund Policy. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
